The 10th District had an active robbery pattern where two masked offenders were making easy money by sticking up fast food delivery drivers at gun point. Area 4 Robbery/Burglary/Theft with 10th District Officers set up surveillance in the effected area. Two subjects, Daniel Spagnola and Jose Serrano were arrested and charged with multiple counts of Armed Robbery.
