A gun was found on the passenger, Darren Foreman, 20 of Dover, according to police.
The minor was charged with trafficking in cocaine, possession with intent to deliver, first degree reckless endangering, maintaining a vehicle and receiving stolen property. He was being held in the Delaware Correctional Center in lieu of $44,250 bond.
Foreman was charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a person prohibited. He was committed to Delaware Correctional in lieu of $6,000 bond.
